Палатный Артур Леонидович Палатный Артур Леонидович родился в украинской столице 15 июля 1973 года. Женат, двое детей. В 1994 году он окончил крупный педагогический университет и квалифицировался как учитель физической культуры, а в 1999 году прошел аспирантуру и защитил диссертацию, тем самым получив звание кандидата наук по спорту и физическому воспитанию. С начала 2000-х Артур Леонидович занимался организацией игорного бизнеса на территории Украины, а также развивал иные направления деятельности, в частности, в сфере недвижимости и ресторанных услуг. В 2001 году он стал председателем правления крупного предприятия, осуществляющего деятельность в сфере общепита. С 2004 года он занял должность доцента профильной кафедры в ВУЗе, в котором обучался. На его счету более 22 изданных работ, имеющих практический и научный интерес. В 2005 году Артур Палатный получил членство в наблюдательном Совете крупной компании, которой принадлежит информационно-развлекательный портал «Ukr.net». Чуть позже он становится совладельцем этой компании. В данный момент Артур Леонидович является вице-президентом боксерской Федерации столицы, большим поклонником бокса и кумом именитых Виталия и Владимира Кличко.

Политическая карьера

Путь Палатного Артура Леонидовича в политике начался с членства в партии «УДАР» и депутатского кресла в областном совете столицы в 2010 году. Позже он получил депутатский мандат на выборах в 2012 году. В то время он возглавлял Комиссию ВРУ по туризму, спорту и вопросам семьи и молодежи, а также являлся заместителем председателя партии. Его амбициозность, целеустремленность и напористость в 2014 году позволили еще раз получить депутатское кресло, но уже в составе партии Петра Порошенко. В нынешнее время он возглавляет тот же Комитет ВРУ, что и в 2012 году.
