Онуфрик Богдан Семенович родился на западе Украины 15 апреля 1958 года. Высшее образование получил по специальности «журналистика» в одном из крупных государственных университетов страны в 1980 году. Сразу после получения диплома Богдан Семенович устроился работать корреспондентом в районную газету. Чуть позже в этом же – 1980 – году получил должность заместителя главного редактора. С 1983 по 1987 год Богдан Онуфрик проработал секретарем в Черновицком и Новоселицком комсомоле. Благодаря упорному труду и целеустремленности, в 1987 году он занимает должность старшего редактора и заведующего отделом в областном комитете по телерадиовещанию. В 1993 году Богдан Семенович занимает редакторское кресло в совместном предприятии, которое работает в медиа-сфере. Проработав там год, он возвращается на прежнюю работу в комитет, и вновь занимает место заведующего отделом, а в 1997 становится генеральным директором того же совместного предприятия. Через полгода Богдан Семенович получает руководящую должность в Черновецкой телерадиокомпании и параллельно занимается журналистской деятельностью.
Политическая карьера
Активная позиция и желание расширить рамки деятельности приводят Онуфрика Богдана Семеновича к депутатскому мандату. Он получает его на внеочередных осенних выборах 2014 года баллотируясь в качестве члена партии Петра Порошенко. Также он является членом провластной фракции и состоит в Комитете ВРУ, который занимается вопросами информационной политики и свободы слова. Богдан Семенович является соавтором нескольких законопроектов направленных на значительное расширение рамок деятельности журналистов и искоренения цензуры в отношении информации, касающейся видных политиков, представителей крупного бизнеса и олигархии.
