Политическая деятельность
После окончания университета Елена Александрова пришла работать в музей Пограничных войск и получила свою первую должность заведующей сектора. С начала двухтысячных Матузка пробует свои силы в сфере рекламы и становится менеджером одного из отделов небольшой телерадиоорганизации «Доверие». В этом же году переходит на работу в радиокомпанию «Май» на должность менеджера по рекламе. В 2003 году она уже является сотрудницей небольшой телерадиокомпании «НБМ», где вскоре становится директором по связям. Следующим местом ее работы становится студия «Смена», в которой она уже состоит на должности исполнительного продюсера. Политическую карьеру Елена Александровна начинает в 2017 году. Она вступает в ряды киевской организации партии «Удар» и становится помощником народного депутата Оробец, представляющего туже политическую силу. Вскоре Матузко уже является сотрудником аппарата Рады с широкими полномочиями. Также в этот период она числилась помощником депутата Юрия Стеця. От полит силы «Удар» избиралась в областной совет Киева и одержала победу на своем участке. В течение нескольких лет была народной избранницей областного совета и запомнилась, как достаточно активный парламентарий. После евромайдана и полной смены власти в стране принимает решение участвовать в досрочных парламентских выборах 2014 года от президентской партии «БПП», в предвыборных списках которой занимала 64 позицию. В настоящее время в парламенте отстаивает интересы фракции «БПП», является секретарем комитета, отвечающего за решение вопросов связи и информатизации в стране. Елена Александровна не была участницей каких-либо громких скандалов, кроме этого считается достаточно перспективным молодым политиком, который имеет свою точку зрения.
