Паламарчук Николай Петрович
родился в небольшом селе в центральной части Украины 25 апреля 1954 года. В 1981 году он, не отрываясь от основной работы, получил техническое образование в учебном заведении Новой Каховки. В 1991 году Николай Петрович отлично окончил юридический ВУЗ по специальности «правознание». Позже он решил получить образование в сфере экономики предприятий и, в 2002 году, закончил престижный государственный университет. Николай Паламарчук начал активно трудиться в 1970 году как ученик фрезеровщика и параллельно водитель на механическом заводе. Затем он отслужил в армии и в 1975 году устроился водителем в один из трестов на Херсонщине. Через семь лет он меняет профессию и становится инспектором ДПС, а в 1986 занимает должность старшего госавтоинспектора. В 1991 Николай Петрович получает должность одного из заместителей начальника райотдела МВД, а в 1993 становится начальником этого же райотдела. Пост начальника управления ГАИ своей родной области он получает в 1995 году. Затем, в 1999 году, Николай Паламарчук переходит на работу в другую область на должность начальника УМВД. С 2001 по 2005 год он занимает различные руководящие должности при управлении МВД в Крыму и в конце 2005 года выходит на пенсию.
Политическая карьера
В 2004 году Паламарчук Николай Петрович занимает депутатское кресло в Верховном Совете АРК, а в 2008, являясь членом Блока Виталия Кличко, становится депутатом столичного горсовета. В 2012 становится народным депутатом от партии Кличко. На данный момент является членом провластной партии и действующим депутатом, а также членом Комиссии ВРУ по законодательству в сфере правоохранительной деятельности. Николай Петрович имеет множество орденов и грамот за различные достижения как на региональном, так и на национальном уровне.
