Пинзеник Виктор Михайлович родился в очень маленьком селе на западе Украины 15 апреля 1954 года. В 1975 году во Львове он окончил университет, а в 1979 году – аспирантуру этого же ВУЗа. В период с 1975 по 1992 годы Виктор Пинзенник занимает различные должности в научной сфере: ассистент, доцент, старший научный сотрудник, профессор и, по окончании этой деятельности, становится заведующим кафедры экономики в своем первом ВУЗе.
Политическая карьера
Политический путь Пинзенника Виктора Михайловича начался в конце 1991 года, когда он был в первый раз был избран народным депутатом Украины. В этот период он принимал участие в работе различных Комиссий и Коллегий, которые рассматривают вопросы, касающиеся экономического развития и внедрения реформ в этот сектор. В октябре 1992 года Виктор Михайлович становится министром экономики и вице-премьером Украины. В середине 1993 года он подает в отставку и создает национальный фонд по поддержке реформирования. В начале 1994 года Виктор Пинзенник вновь становится депутатом и входит в Комитет по финансам и деятельности банков, а также в специальную депутатскую группу по реформированию. С 1994 по 2000 год он, в качестве внештатного специалиста, консультирует Президента Украины по вопросам экономической политики. Параллельно – в 1994 году – он занимает кресло вице-премьера по экономическому реформированию, а в 1995 году – председательствует в комиссии по статистике. В 1997 к этому перечню должностных обязанностей добавляется членство в Комиссии по административной реформе в стране. Также на счету Виктора Михайловича участие в создании партии (1997 год), еще четыре депутатских мандата (1998, 2002, 2012, 2014 годы), основание избирательного блока (2001 год), кресло министра финансов (2005-2006 годы и 2007-2009 годы) и место заместителя председателя наблюдательного совета в крупном банке.
